The booking took multiple attempts as everytime I got a bit further it would knock me out and I’d have to start again. The centre in Haverhill I thought was a bit crammed with cubicles facing each other where one would sit for 20 mins. Think the room should be bigger and more spread out and cubicles not facing each other.

Efficient, friendly effective

From the moment you enter Trinty Park to the moment you leave this experience exemplifies everything that is good about the NHS. Friendly people, lots of information, spotlessly clean, organised, efficient. All you could hear around the room, like a wave a gratitude were the words "Thank you" uttered over and over again. A very humbling experience, 8 billion people and I am lucky enough to live with the NHS taking care if me. THANK YOU.
