The experience of having my COVID vaccination was very good. The staff/volunteers at the Kirkley Mill Centre were very helpful and friendly, they put everyone at ease. From start to finish the whole process was really well organised.

Signed off a list. Shown to room. Only 3-4 in waiting room. When others tried to enter way ahead of their time they were not allowed. All over in minutes. I didn't know I had to wait 15 mins after though.

It was quick and efficient.

I had some nasty side effects. I had uncontrollable shivers/shakes then was very hot about 4hrs later. Then had no energy for couple of days but it has all cleared up now and I feel back to normal. I took Paracetamol which helped.

Arrive at Trinity Park at 3pm for a 3.15 appointment waited in my Car until called forward. Completed the admin in a few minutes and was shown to a cubicle. GP arrived in a couple of minutes, filled in the form for me, administered the AZ Vaccine and told me I could leave. Back in my car and on the way home by 3.30pm
