Seen quickly for a scan

After my GP referred me I've been seen very quickly for a scan and the appointment letter did cover everything that I needed. The only issue was that I needed to come a fair way to get here, a shame that a nearer location was not available but very pleased with the speed of the appointment.

I've had very good experiences with the podiatry service. I've needed cortisone injections in my foot and its all been done so well. Everything is explained well and consultations on the phone or face to face have been great.

I've had contact with the Stoma nurses for a long time now and they are all brilliant, I have a lot of time and respect for them, they do a marvellous job supporting me.

Although the care and advice is good you do have to contact them to make sure you get your regular appointments, they are not automatically booked. Would be easier if the appointments were just booked and letters sent out to you. Having the appointments in Thetford is really handy as it's so close for us.

When I needed an appointment and my surgery couldn't see me I was booked an appointment with GP+ which worked really well and was so convenient as I went after work.
5 Stars to my Podiatrist!

Its the podiatrist herself which gives my score up to 5 Stars, its the work of this lady that allows me to play active golf. She is very good.

I was sent to the Riverside clinic for a scan on my liver and didn't find the staff in the building particularly helpful. I waited for my appointment only to be told after I'd been there a while that I needed to go to another part of the building. I didn't really find the staff explained what was happening with the scan either. Additional information on invitation letters would help and staff could be more friendly.

Podiatry clinic Newmarket: The Podiatrist was very careful and cautious today, the treatment was very good. Explained well about what I should do if an issue arises. The Podiatrist put me at ease, he was very considerate.
One Podiatrist rushes

Podiatry clinic Newmarket: The Podiatrist I saw today is very thorough, he is much better than the tall man who just rushes you through. I think it would be useful for the Podiatrist to work closer with the OT's who measure up for my specialised raised shoes.

The Podiatrist was very calm, polite and helpful. I did have to wait before I went in. When I arrived at the clinic as there was no reception it was unclear as to where I went, it would be handy to have a sign to say "take a seat".
