Excellent - cannot fault them

I cannot fault these ladies in any shape or form, I felt relaxed. I had two nails removed today, and I was a bit anxious beforehand, but I was put at ease by the podiatrist - they explain things very well. Excellent service.

I was a bit sceptical when I was first referred to podiatry, this is the fourth time I have attended the service. They listened well to me, I have been impressed with the administration of the service, I have got more out of it than I thought.

The whole experience was comfortable. The staff were quick and efficient and very friendly which helped with the overall experience. The explanation was very good and they kept me in the picture from start to finish.

The atmosphere is lovely in this community hospital, in fact it doesn't really feel like a hospital. The podiatrists were very professional and they made me feel very comfortable for the procedure. I found them to be very human in their approach, I have been very impressed with the service. The only thing I would have improved was the speed of getting the appointment.

Very professional in their approach and because they were so chatty it helped me to feel relaxed - they explained things to me. It was a quick procedure and they were very kind - all fine, change nothing.

I am very satisfied with the service. Professional in their approach, the staff clearly get on with each other and this helps when procedures are being carried out. It feels a bit long winded that I would have to be re-routed back to the GP for more minor issues associated with my feet, as they have enough to think about and these people are the feet specialists. I have been very pleased with this service on the three occasions I have been to date.

A member of the mental health team took the time to phone me in their lunch break to discuss a resident. They listened carefully to my description of the difficulties - I felt they respected us as a professional and were keen to discuss ways of helping the patient They later visited the recipient and were very positive and helpful.

My wife has to take daily medication to maintain the balance of her blood (thickness) as stable and correct. I take her every two weeks to Newmarket Hospital for a blood test. She is dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. Within two days, without fail, she receives a letter advising her how she needs to adjust her medication to keep her bloods correct. The service has never been less than first class. Can't praise them enough.
So quick, friendly and professional.

I always travel (from Mildenhall) to Newmarket Hospital for my blood tests. They specialise and are so good, so professional. I think it is very good and so convenient.

I live in Mildenhall but I drive to Newmarket Hospital if I need a blood test. I take my breakfast with me. I get there for about 8.00 am, take a ticket to join the queue and wait. I am always out and finished before 8.30. Time enough to eat my breakfast and get to work for 9.00. Great service
