They take notice
April 7, 2025
They take notice of what I say, I find that it is better if I actually go to the surgery in person. I have regular blood tests because of my health condition. They have a paramedic at the surgery who comes out to my house to a home visit sometimes.
Great team work.

I am not one that like the doctors but the person made me feel comfortable. Made better not with medication but her loving words .. she's a diamond and hope she sees this report .would only like to see her in the future.
Straight forward
November 29, 2024
Getting to this point has been straight forward and the whole process has worked well. I use both online and the phone to get appointments or the help needed and find that I get the right support offered. I'm happy to see whoever is available, although, seeing the same GP can help as different doctors can have differing ideas and this can affect how confident you are in what you are being told.
Good

I've found the surgery to be good. Generally I call for appointments and get a call back which is followed up by an in person appointment if needed and the staff are good and follow up on everything that needs to be done.
Overall good
October 1, 2024
I would say that my overall experience of this surgery is good. I am a cancer patient and recently I had a repeat prescription which was a new batch of medication which was not compatible with me, I found that they made me breathless, I asked the GP and he said that he couldn't find anything out for me. So that was not the best on that occasion.
Good

Reception service is good but sometimes for an appointment the queue to call is too long.
Rang later in day
December 6, 2023
This is a pretty good surgery. When I have rung at 8am and find myself 30 in the queue, I just call later in the day, and most of the time I get through very quickly, and still get an appointment, if I need one.
Automated message
November 20, 2023
Why do we still hear the same automated message now as we did when it was the pandemic, surely the format could be changed now like telling us which doctors are on duty today ,it would save us waiting in a long queue ,only to be told "he is not in today .
Cannot get bloods here
August 10, 2023
Really need to have blood tests here as transport to Ipswich hospital is difficult, costing me lots. I have to have them regularly (monthly). As they are pre-bookable I do not understand why the surgery cannot book me in. I do not use the online services, so that is also difficult.
Follow up needed
October 12, 2022
We were told to ring in by the hospital for a follow up appointment with our GP. Receptionist was extremely rude saying that all the appointments were gone today and to call back at 1pm. If all the appointments had gone, what is the point in ringing later?
Seeing a Nurse practitioner today and she is always lovely.
