Excellent

Doctors and all staff are great but sometimes the manner of the reception staff is not always up to what you'd expect. I chose to have a telephone appointment and was then invited in for an appointment, I've also had a blood test appointment arranged too. The surgeries are comfy and well managed and the sites always look well looked after. The only issue is that the parking at Fressingfield is limited.

I was initially offered an appointment next week but that would've been difficult so I was given an appointment for the next day. Staff are good, they explain things well and are really accomodating. I'm happy to have appointments with any of the staff and getting appointments has been fine.

I like having a choice of site and I usually see the same doctor which is great. For ongoing issues they have been attentive and helpful and they give a lot of confidence. I like that we're given an approximate time for call backs, that really helps.
Phones not too busy

I mostly have appointments for INRs which are easy to arrange. The staff are very good and I'm happy to go to either Fressingfield or Stradbroke and staff will offer appointments at either site so I can make a choice. The only things that could be improved are music on the phone and the addition of a water machine.
Busy surgery

I booked todays appointment last week but that was fine as its an non urgent issue. The appointments can run behind at time but I like that the message on screen says how far behind they are running if that is the case, it keeps you informed.
Fitted in quickly

As a temporary patient I've been fitted in very quickly after talking to the reception team for an appointment which was really great.

The staff are great and pay really good attention to detail. Telephone calls address most issues and if not appointment are then available. Mostly I see my own GP but I'm offered choice which is also good.

I call for appointments and find that this works well to get on the day appointments which I mainly need. Staff are good and the doctors have been great over the last couple of weeks. I've had a good service here and don't have any issues.

I've mostly had face to face appointments and have had no issue getting them. I saw a nurse today and I highly recommend seeing them, I then had an appointment to see the doctor the next day. Each of the discussions I've had have been good and I've felt well listened to.
Wait for a call back

A 3 week wait for a call back can be a little frustrating and it would be good when samples are tested if they could let you know everything is okay or if something else is needed. Not hearing anything is worrying.
