The politeness of staff is great and I see the same dentist all the time. I registered 2 years ago and had no problems getting on the books.

Due to the number of patients on the books it can be difficult to get appointments when you need one. Sometimes the staff can be a little unhelpful when trying to book an appointment. A couple of years ago I moved surgeries as I saw multiple dentists rather than the same one. The hygienists at the surgery can sometimes speak down to you and be a little abrupt. Other than that I'm happy with the treatment I receive.
