Too small and rude staff

One of the reception staff is rude in the way she speaks to someone, and one of the phlebotomists is really rude too. Waiting area is too small, and the sign to check in for blood tests needs to be bigger.

Lost blood tests!

Came with my husband on 5/3 and we both had numerous blood tests taken. Called for results and there is no record of blood being taken! Path lab never had my blood booked in.

Waited outside for 40 minutes

People were queuing outside for approx. 40 minutes before reaching reception to be booked in. This is totally unacceptable when there is an empty waiting room. It appears there is no consideration for the frail, elderly or for those with impaired mobility. Neither does it consider the current weather conditions. Once in the blood test waiting room there was no problem. I have used this service for a number of years but have never encountered this issue before. There needs to be a resolution to this problem as soon as possible. Maybe a ticket system for reception, allowing patients to wait inside would work.

Receptionist rude - doesn't acknowledge customers and if you have the nerve to ask a question you are treated like you've asked for all the money in the til! Waiting area far too small to handle demand.

Very Good

I visit regularly for blood tests. I frequently have problems around issues with electronic paper work my doctors should put on the system. Today was one of these occasions. The lady on reception today was particularly helpful. She went to great lengths to enable me to have the blood test today. I am very grateful for her assistance today.

The teceptionist at the clinic is very rude,

The receptionist does not even look up to soeak to you. Points to a box with scraps paper to fill your nane is then gives you a ticket without a hellp, thank you or an acknowledgement

The waiting rooms are too small for the large number of patients that the clinic tries to deal with. Many patients have to stand, waiting for up to an hour. The phlebotomists are competent, but very rushed.

I have regular blood tests people complain about the waiting times here try the hospital just opened another waiting room
