Accessed the service as a walk in patient and was seen very quickly. The staff were great. Much easier

I work mornings which makes having my regular blood tests difficult as the phlebotomist only has morning appointments (and I know the blood collection van has set times to pick up samples). The receptionist advised me that I could attend the Riverside Clinic which is near to my workplace. The service was slick, professional and their opening hours were very good. The receptionist was pleasant and the Phlebotomist hit the spot first time, a bonus as I haven't got easy veins to locate!
Flexibility of timings is really good.

Having the blood clinic at the Riverside is really good because of the flexibility of timings. The walkin nature of the clinic is good and generally you don't wait longer than 1/2 hour which is better an easier than going to my surgery.

The waiting room can be a little busy at times but generally its a good service that is quick to use.
