I was seen on time, it was an excellent service and I can expect my new hearing aids to be fitted in 4-5 weeks. First class.

We drove into Bury from Beck Row because my husband had a hearing test appointment. We allowed (we thought) plenty of time but it took us over 25 minutes to get a parking place in the car park. We were just over 5 mins late getting to the reception area where we were asked to wait. We were called in by the doctor who was then very rude to us and made us feel bad because we were late. The hearing test was not carried out and we were not allowed a new appointment (at that time) but have subsequently received a January date by post-a two month further delay. It was the attitude of the clinician which made us so angry!

They are really nice people in the clinic. They do their job well, work well as a team and I can't think of anything they could do to improve!

I had broken my ankle and I had to wait for about 5 hours to see someone. I don't really see how they could improve
