The experience was good. I had to wait 20 minutes to have my appointment. It could improve by getting through people quicker.

Was ages waiting in the waiting room then got moved into a different room and had to wait for ages again.
They did give me the supplies for my broken finger but it took ages.

When I broke my leg and went to the hospital they didn't ask me what happened or give any advice

I had an injection for something and they were kind and good.

I had a blood test and an x-ray. The hospital and its staff were friendly and it was very efficient and quick.

Nurses and doctors were extremely helpful and explained everything where appropriate. Coud be improved - Whilst waiting for my mum to have scans I was waiting around for a long time without being told what was happening and would have preferred being offered somewhere else to sit or something similar.
