Pain clinic great

I was given an appointment in under two weeks with the pain clinic, which was really quick. I'm really happy with the hospital and the care and support I've been given throughout. Everything has been explained well and considering the situation we're in I think its been great.

I was fast tracked for an appointment and was seen with in 10 days. The hospital has been good and staff have been great with all my dealings with them.

I've been treated well by the team at the hospital, they are very efficient. Very happy with the treatment and care given and the staff are friendly and caring. Having the free parking for oncology patients is great, really valued.

Throughout covid the orthopedic surgeon continued to see me which was great. I've also had MRI's which took place when needed. I would like to see more headphones available for patients when they are having an MRI as it is very noisy.

It's easy to get a quick blood test and the staff are great. I have monthly blood tests and never have any issues getting appointments and they're always great.

I stayed on a ward for weeks with breathing difficulties and the care was great and I'm now waiting for a treatment plan to be sorted.

I've had a pacemaker fitted and treatment for a stroke and all the staff have been great. I had three weeks notice of the pacemaker being fitted which was brilliant and the care I received following my stroke was excellent.
Community Clinics great

Having the community clinics running from Sudbury Health Centre is really great, saves on travel time and makes a big difference when you need to attend regularly.

I was referred to the hospital as my knee needed replacing but because only half the knee needs doing and the consultant only does full replacements I've been told I have to go through the whole referral process again. I've contacted PALs to see if they can help with the situation as it can't be right that I have to basically start again to get the treatment I need.
