The experience today has been positive. Only had to wait an hour before I was seen but the staff have been very good.

I arrived at 10.30am (it's now 2.55pm). I was seen by the first nurse, then a doctor and was asked to wait again. It's been about 5 hours now and I've only just been seen by the next medical professional.

Been here since 10.30am (is now 2.30pm). We are keen to get home with mum now, but the ED dept has been brilliant from start to finish.

I was sent here by the GP to the ED to get blood tests sorted out. The service has been quick and seamless.

I've been in the department for 2 hours, it's been a good experience. All the staff I've seen have been very helpful and professional and were able to explain with clarity my issues and treatment.

Always well looked after, the staff are absolutely marvellous and everyone seems very polite and helpful. The department is bright and airy which all helps while you are waiting.

10am arrived (now 2.55pm), and have been with my little girl and we have a positive outcome. I feel the overall experience has been definitely outstanding, the staff have been so friendly and professional also great environment in the dept (pediatric dept)

The doctor gave excellent treatment explanation. I felt very well cared for today in the ED. The journey felt seamless and wasn't here very long. Outstanding service here.

I'm waiting for hospital transport, I've only been in the lounge for 15 minutes. It's a really good service here from the staff. Although we have no idea how long we will need to wait as we've not been given any idea yet.

I like this area, it's a much better idea than waiting on the bed. Nothing is too much trouble.
We have waited about 45 minutes for the medication to arrive. No issues at all, and I will be going home with my husband.
