Waiting for a taxi and they haven't found it yet, he hasn't got a phone nor any contact details.
No insulin and they have no idea where it is
Arrived here at 10:00 tablets delivered at 14:30.
No food available, so I nicked a few biscuits.

Wife is collecting me but not arrived.
I have been given lunch, but no, I am not impressed.
No care or attention, no update, no medication yet.
A TV and games might be helpful.

Still waiting for medication and no transport time given but vast improvement on last time. Here about 20 minutes waiting for transport. Whoever it is will come up here, not sure whether it will be a taxi or ambulance. In February 2019 it took about 4 hours waiting for meds, and daughter and son-in-law had to pay parking.
Still taking it all in, I didn't know this existed.
A better place, just had to wait before this by the bed.

Sick & injured people on the floor & corridor floors in A&E as no chairs available for them. Staff miserable & completely lacked any hint of empathy.

My wife has been through the ED today and we did not have to wait long at all before being seen. I feel she has been well cared for. She has now been taken to a ward.

I felt that lots of time was given, my son felt well cared for. Good medical treatment. I felt that I could ask any questions I needed to and overall it was an excellent experience.

I have only just come in via ambulance and the treatment by the ambulance crew was outstanding. I have felt very cared for, I was only here a couple of days ago having broken my fingers!

The staff have all been very efficient and friendly, from the collection by the ambulance through to the emergency room. Nothing has been too much trouble for hem. He arrived and was seen within 5 minutes.

At 1.50pm all the waiting areas in the department were full and a lady was taken back into an ambulance rather than waiting in the waiting area for stretchers.
