Good Surgery

I am undergoing investigations for knee surgery. Previously when it was investigated I saw my doctor, had an x-ray but this is different now. I saw my doctor but now I have to go see a Physio even though my knee has gotten worse since the last investigations. This seems like an unnecessary step though. The overall treatment/investigation has been good.

Great Service Provided

All the doctors are extremely approachable and never hurry you up. Being able to sit and wait for an appointment is great, you have to wait your turn but the system works well.

This is one of the few practices that still holds an open morning surgery every weekday. I can see a doctor when I need one without the waiting for an appointment I hear so much complaining about elsewhere. Whats more the Doctors are all good listeners and show real care for their patients.
