Rubbish service from reception & staff

April 13, 2015

staff are very poorly trained, I rang reception regarding my mental health I felt very suicidal and the receptionist told me I couldn't see a doctor until two weeks time! by this time I may of done something I regret. I think they need some mental health training!! and some customer service skills!!
