Fab staff and volunteers

The whole procedure was very well organised. I was impressed with how smooth and quick the process was at The Hollies Clinic in Ipswich. Although I had to travel, I didn't mind at all as I was just happy to be having the vaccine. The staff, nurses and volunteers were very friendly and helpful which made the experience much less daunting than usual medical treatments. The nurses made sure everything was explained and were really nice and friendly. Well done to all those involved and a big THANK YOU

Fantastic service at Colchester hospital was able to book on line as key worker. When arrived at hospital it was signposted well. People to greet outside waited less than 5 minutes before I was booked in. Sat down for another 5 mins before nurse called me in . They explained everything and asked questions and then asked did I, had the jab which was a sharper scratch. Waited 15 mins in other room to make sure I was ok staff there were chatty. Everyone was cleaning once people had finished with clipboards,pens,numbers seats were all cleaned b4 next person used it

I chose to drive to WSH from Ipswich as they had an online booking system that made booking my first and second vaccinations really easy. I was really impressed with the direction given from the car park attendant, all staff inside and the kind nature of the DR who vaccinated me.
A retired GP who had come out of retirement to provide this invaluable service.

Arrived and greeted. Sat in the area waiting to be called. Short wait. All people friendly and in control of the large number. Felt safe throughout. Good information supplied. Thank you to all involved

Really well organised at West Suffolk Hospital. Friendly staff and volunteers , only downside was not advised of the 3 flights of stairs until started going up . There is a lift but you have to ask to use it. I wasn't entirely comfortable with the after vaccine waiting room so didn't stay the 15 mins but it took me that long to get back downstairs and to the car anyway.

The staff at NSFT (The Hollies) were kind, supportive and put me at ease. An extremely quick and efficient process and I'm so grateful to have received the Covid vaccine.

I received an email and was able to book my vaccination at St. Clements Hospital on the same day which was very impressive. The staff were calm and gentle and I didn't feel at all concerned at any time. Fantastic service, very happy indeed. Thank you to the staff for the wonderful job they are doing.

A car park steward gave me directions to free parking, I queued for 10 mins escorted to room and supplied with a mask and hand sanitiser. Jab was rather rushed but nurse was informative and gave me leaflets to read. An area for waiting 10 mins was provided.
