Excellent and easy

It was an excellent service, professional, helpful and cheerful. My only slight criticism was that the signage for the way out was a little confusing and led to me taking a wrong turning and a long walk round the back of the hospital (but that could easily have been my fault). I felt really safe with all the infection control measures and absolutely delighted to have had my vaccination.

Elderly father at 86 appeared to be missed off the letters tried contacting GP who want nothing to do with it tried contacting the Covid booking line who said they would investigate but didn’t come back until over a week later. Sorted by the power of Twitter

Although I was worried when I would get my vaccination it actually was a very good experience with everything organised so well. I received text messages saying that I was eligible but because I'm not online I called my surgery Two Rivers who quickly and easily booked the appointment. A friend gave me a lift to the surgery and the whole process went smoothly. Staff were great and I was out and on my way home really quickly. Really can't fault how it all worked. I'm just waiting to find out when I can have my second injection.

I am a pharmacy technician for Boots Haverhill. Worked through pandemic. As much as 60hours a week. Live alone. Can't afford a car. On my day off had to go to West Suffolk Hospital to have Covid jab. In the reduced service bus as can't afford a car. But was not allowed to have my jab 20 minutes walk away. Why?

Very well organised at James Paget Hospital and helpful staff, although the nurse who administered the vaccine questioned my eligibility for having it although my job entitles me to have the vaccine and this was organised through the local authority.

Well signposted at The Hollies. Everyone was welcoming and very professional, easy to book online, appointments ran to time, felt very safe. Reassured regarding allergies. Thank you.

Operated on time at Saxmundham Surgery, cover for people queuing in rain and heating for those in the outside waiting area.

Staff were friendly at Ipswich Hospital vaccine clinic. Well organised. Clean. However, written information given. No verbal explanation. Only given because I asked. I didn't feel the waiting chairs and then the room for the 10 mins obervsations were suitably socially distanced. In the obversation room I felt it was quiet crowded.
