I felt welcomed, everything was explained to me, it was well staffed and layout / signage was clear. A shame I had to travel so far from Bury St Edmunds to Ipswich but in the grand scheme of things this didn't really matter to me.

I am a health visitor and was offered the vaccine by West Suffolk hospital, my employer Suffolk county council were offering nothing. Very easy to book, friendly staff, Covid safe and positive experience at West Suffolk hospital on a cold and dark Saturday evening in January.
Very well run no negatives.

It was very well organised at Gainsborough sport center and everyone who was working there were very kind helpful and happy. Made the whole experience of having the vaccine calm and that it was a normal every day occurrence. Well done to them all.

Process was well organised and managed. Easy to book. Well done to West Suffolk Hospital for realising the importance of community nurses having vaccination to help part of the puzzle of keeping people away from hospital- sadly more proactive than our employer.
