Once I had achieved the booking, it was easy

Booking was very difficult. I was unable to get on the website after 10 attempts over several hours. Next day I tried the telephone, I was no 72 in that queue. I held on for 90 minutes. Eventually a person answered. After that, it was efficient.

I went to the Grove in Felixstowe, extremely well orgnised, thanks to volunteers, NHS staff and patients respecting social distancing.

Easy parking at Trinity Showground, under cover waiting, efficient reception. Escorted to cubicle. 5 minute wait & nurse arrived. Checked form, explained procedure & checked if I was left or right handed. Jab given in right arm painlessly. Told way out route & left. All done in 25 minutes.

long wait at Woodbridge community hall, despite arriving on time. The "greeter" did not maintain 2m distance despite being surrounded by notices. He even stepped towards me when I stepped back.

I'm so sorry that you had a long wait for your vaccination. Staff do try to minimise wait times but sometimes this is unavoidable.

I'm sorry to hear that the person who greeted you did not maintain social distance, I will pass this feedback on to the team.

Was well organised at Ipswich Hospital, great example of teamwork. Everyone was friendly, good amount of information given and process in place was very efficient.
