Wonderful staff

Staff fantastic from the car park greeters to the people greeting you at The Mix Stowmarket the person giving me the jab asked what side I slept on and did the jab in the opposite arm so I wouldn’t be uncomfortable they were very busy the day I went but everyone was really kind and helpful.

Visited 2 Rivers with my wife we were checked in and immediately shown in a room where I answered a few questions and received jab my wife followed me in had same excellent treatment We were in and out in less than 15 minutes It was all v well organised from the initial text to the vaccination itself We are now waiting for the vaccination itself to kick in 3 weeks later
Very well organised from start to finish

The process was like a well oiled machine from start to finish at Debenham Community Centre with every member of staff playing their part. The car parking system was flawless and well organised and we were summoned from our cars and briefed so that the queuing outside was kept to a minimum. The set up in the hall was much better than expected having seen similar arrangement across the country in various news bulletins. The reception staff were welcoming and I was particularly impressed that we had cubicles which afforded a degree of privacy. The vaccine team were very efficient and reassuring.

Appointment 9.45. Driving away just after 10. Very efficient. Arm a bit sore for a day or so but no problems. Next one April.
Pleased to have my first vaccination

My surgery called me to book my appointment but due to my allergies they wanted to check with my doctor that it was still okay for me to have the Pfizer vaccination. After a week of waiting I called the surgery and they said that they were waiting for more vaccines to be delivered but that I could have it when available. The next day the surgery called with an appointment for me. I'm so pleased to have had my first vaccination, just waiting for my second appointment. Staff have been great and it all went so smoothly.
Went to Quince House and was very organised

I went to Quince House for my vaccine and it was very well organised. It was socially distanced and the staff there were brilliant. They asked whether I had someone outside to take me home or whether I was driving. The nurses were very gentle and attentive.
