From being met in the car park, guided to what to expect. Called forward into surgery, temperature taken, sanitizer applied then into room. Doctor asked necessary questions, jab painlessly given. Handed my card and notes and time I could leave from waiting room.

All went very smoothly at East Bergholt, helped nicely on the car park for a space. Not too long in waiting moved through quickly. Dr. Very friendly and reassuring in his manner.

signage was clear, staff were really lovely and friendly, explained everything they were doing in a clear caring manner, The hollies was very clean and brilliant social distancing. very positive experience.

Couldn't fault the service. Very professional and friendly staff who were reassuring and put you at ease. Explained everything very well and asked if you had any questions, worries before proceeding.
