Wrong info: from Guildhall Surgery

I was told to fill in acceptance form and leave at Guildhall Surgery, Clare. I had jab 19th Jan. No problem. My wife given a date for jab by Guildhall Surgery a few days later but, after some confusion, was told to fill in acceptance form and take it with her to Lavenham jab centre 24th Jan. I am now concerned. Is my acceptance form still at Clare? Should it have been sent to Lavenham?
I had no problem at Lavenham. Staff were friendly, professional, A1.

Covid 19 vaccination experience on Sunday morning 24th was very well organised with a minimum of waiting. A comfortable experience thanks to the care and helpfulness of all of the stewards and staff involved.
No vaccine invite for 94yr old mother

My mobile registered at Combs Ford surgery for my Mum (they use it frequently to contact me). No text or letter invite as of 25th Jan. Yet NHS GP federation insist all invites went out mid-January, and people are being recontacted if they haven’t responded. Mum (and family) very disappointed. What do I do now.?

Car park volunteers directed us to disabled parking. We were 15mins early and a chap managing the queue said keep warm in the car and I’ll call you - he came to our car when the queue went down, just before our appt time. Staff inside explained, looked after me and said to look out for a follow up in 3wks.
Leiston Surgery to the rescue!

My mother & many other over 80’s did not receive a vaccination invite from Peninsula Practice, Aldeburgh. Day after day - nothing. Friday they phoned everyone left out & made an appointment for them to go to Leiston. Except.... my mother!! She was omitted from the ring-round!! She has been totally let down constantly and at 93 will be moving surgeries. I am a patient at Leiston & managed to get her an appointment today. Not my job. Stuck my neck out. Relief on an overstretched medical practice to offer goodwill!! Shameful treatment. Mum has been with Aldeburgh surgery for over 30 years! This is their shocking slack admin. Thank you Leiston were amazing.

Vaccinations were well organised at The Grove, once I turned up I was quickly led to the entrance door, after a short wait my turn came and I was taken in to a room. A lady asked me some questions and a male nurse gave me the injection which was painless.

Keep saying not to contact about vaccine but 91 year old mother has not been contacted at all.

I was concerned that friends in other places have already had second vaccination and now we are getting confused messages about having to wait 12 weeks and that there are other concerns about efficacy. My vaccination went without problems but I do not feel secure.
