Efficient, caring staff, most impressive

Very little waiting time at Epicentre, good parking. Marshall outside meet and greet. Social distancing in operation. Clear instructions and helpful and sensitive staff. Good leaflets and spoken information. Time to ask questions, encouraged to. Very good infection control measures. Efficient but no short cuts.

Well organised at West Suffolk Hospital. Professional staff who were knowledgeable and able to provide answers to any questions asked. Quick and easy process. Slight concern about waiting area after vaccine as a lot of people in small area.
No contact at all

People in their 70s being vaccinated. No contact at all with 91 year old mother. Not allowed to phone GP surgery to chase up and nothing being done about it.

The online booking excellent. The 15 minute slots at The Mix enabled a smooth flow. Only problem was with people turning up before their due time and then making complaints, as people do. Well done all !!

Attended Lavenham on Saturday 15th Jan. Was very impressed with the whole setup.

Debenham Leisure Centre - The wait was because there were not enough people doing the work. This appears to have been cured now. Otherwise well organised.

Had a long wait on the first day in Stowmarket (The Mix) which I expected. The staff were excellent.

Each member of the large team at Sizewell Sports & Social Club knew and performed their particular role efficiently and sympathetically, and functioned as a team.

Just attended for my Covid vaccination and would like to thank all the staff who are doing a fabulous job under extreme circumstances. The weather was also dreadful for the chaps instructing traffic and the ladies having to go outside to Direct and inform patients on what to do.
Everybody was friendly and knew exactly what they were doing.

The Mix, Stowmarket, Tuesday 19th January, 08.15. I received TX on Monday at 08.02 inviting me to book an appointment, I booked 1st & 2nd vaccinations online within 15min, Seamless procedure at The Mix, all staff were of the highest order. I honestly don't know what people have to complain about, this is a massive programme, which is bound to have teething problems. My thanks to ALL involved.
