Well run and efficient

I was a lucky 75+ who was offered a slot which would otherwise have not been taken up. I was particularly lucky as I do not have a mobile signal at home but happened to go out the day it was sent (the first time in weeks) so picked up my SMS. It's a pity you don't use email and/or WhatsApp as well for those who live in this rural area with poor mobile coverage.

From the time I received my text to getting into my car to return from having my vaccine was very easy and trouble free. Booking my slot at the Debenham hub was incredibly easy. On the appointed day and time all my time slot were parked in the same area and at the appointed time moved into the vaccination centre. Every body was extremely helpful and the 15 minute break before leaving was the longest part of the process. Thank you Debenham.

Well organised professional swift clear guidance. Standing up to receive the vaccine is a brilliant system! Quick, hygienic etc

There were plenty of staff from the time one entered the car park, where your name was checked against the list, a number placed under the screen wiper, there were then staff directing us into a particular parking space. Everyone had to wait in their car until called (this was the only hitch - I was in the car for an hour) then it was smooth and quick, with space to sit for the required 15 minutes and then directed out of a different door.

Although this was their first day in Stowmarket the vaccination went smoothly and professionally. They were running 40 minutes late but the stewards kept us up to date with approximate time frames, were transparent about why (computers) and were polite throughout. There were chairs that were kept a long way away from each other, everything was well social distanced
CCMP did not call back as promised

CCMP left message on answer machine regarding Covid jab Thursday morning said they would call back that afternoon to book an appointment . It is now Friday lunch time and as yet have not had a call back. Obviously our Covid vaccine has been forgotten.

At West Suffolk hospital. Easy to navigate booking system. On arrival booked in and was seen quickly. Everything explained very clearly.

I was phoned to arrange my date and time. I am only 77 yrs old but they said they had enough jabs. The whole experience was very well organised at my local gp surgery here in Hadleigh. The surgery also organises very smooth and efficient service for the annual flu vaccine.
Receiving 1st Covid jab brilliant care

Being informed about, the process of receiving, the helpfulness of the staff the whole organisation of giving the 1st Covid jab was amazing. So, so grateful to Saxmundham Health for how they are doing that. However, there is a huge problem outside of that getting the medical expertise you need for ongoing care of chronic health problems as well as acute issues. We all know it is a difficult time but it is wrong to think a brilliant roll out of the vaccinations means primary care is dealing well with other health matters.

Well organised, efficient, timely, checked in, seated for few minutes, called in by nurse, admin asked few questions whilst nurse prepared vaccine,over within minutes. No side effects apart from bruised feeling injection site!
