On my first visit no-one offered to make socially distanced space for my wheelchair in the waiting room in fact I wad told to park between 2 chairs. Not until I pointed out that this was not socially distancing did someone then make a space and the same thing happened on my 2nd visit in the main vaccination hall at IHT. I wad directed to sit inbetween the rows again not socially distanced. No thought went into the fact that I too had the right to sit socially distanced. I spoke to a lead nurse who apologised.

I arrived a little early to my appointment but the staff were very good, friendly and helpful. The process was easy, organized and I felt safe. I had to stay for 15 mins after my jab which was fine, I think that made me feel even safer. It was a very smooth process.

My partners jab was two hours after mine however after asking the chap on the door if he could fit her in he said yes.

The only problem I had was that I was not issued with a card showing I had had the vaccine, every one else I have spoken to has been given one of these. I was told I would receive an email which did not arrive until I contacted my GP surgery about 3 weeks later. This is no use to me as I cannot print it. This part of the service was not up to standard
