Only 3 staff, sometimes 2 actively vaccinating. The staff were very friendly but seemed a mishap with booking occurred as more patients then staff to keep the line going. Waited an hour for my vaccine. This was not the case on my first appointment.

Considering the number of people that have to be vaccinated I found the running of the centre in Reydon very efficient.

Had the first jab Feb 2021. Following on from this i have been inundated with texts asking me to make appointments for my vaccination? Received phone calls asking why i have not taken the offer of vaccination, explained i have had first jab. Then received letter from Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group March 2021 stating that their records show i have not had my vaccination yet, why not? I went to the vaccination centre ,explained situation to them, was told i need to talk to my GP surgery to check medical records. I did this, again explained situation, they checked my records and found that my vaccination had not been registered , they would sort it. 3 weeks and three telephone calls plus one visit in person by my wife, who found out that her records were not updated either and our medical records still have not been updated. We are now ending our 10th week since first jab, we can not book second jab as no record of first jab. What a joke, very concerned and confused. Please help.

My husband is clinically extremely vulnerable and I am worried about infecting him. It would greatly ease my mind to know. People under 50 were supposed to be offered the vaccine before the end of April. Will this happen? I also work in schools and would like to feel safe.

The staff administering the vaccine somehow managed to bend the needle in my arm. After 4 weeks post vaccine, I am still experiencing a pain in my arm when I move it in certain directions.

I had my vaccine at Ipswich Hospital. The signage to the vaccination centre could have been better, however once I found it, it was very organised. The staff were very friendly and I was seen very quickly. Booking process was also very easy.

Had second vaccination today at Constable Country Medical Practice, East Bergholt this morning and everything went brilliantly, as for the first vaccination. Plenty of volunteers and a very quick experience.
