From the welcome in the car park from the volunteer, the receptionist and waiting area to the practitioner who gave us our vaccinations, the experience was brilliant. So efficient and well organised and professional. Thank you to all concerned

Received a text message to book appointment online. Had choice of times.

The whole process was managed extremely efficiently and everyone that I dealt with at the vaccination centre - on the car park, at the reception, administering the vaccination, and providing the 15 minute observation after care were kind, friendly and very helpful. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Had my first vaccination 11/2 but am still waiting for my 2nd - 13 weeks later. No one is able to help me book my 2nd jab and keep being passed about.

Attended Kirkley Mill for both injections and whilst busier on the second visit, both times I was seen quickly and both times the staff and volunteers were pleasant and friendly. Very well organised and a pain free experience. Very grateful.
Needle phobic - dont worry

I am a recovering needle phobic so wasn't looking forward to this at all. However the staff that dealt with me at Two Rivers Medical Centre were extremely understanding, kind, helpful, considerate. So much to that extent that I actually went back for my second without high anxiety.
Whole process ran smoothly from end to end.

From receiving an original COVID vaccination invitation (by text) to go online and book my first and second vaccination timeslots everything fell into place. Both appointments ran very smoothly. The facilities were very well organised, and the people involved were very friendly and professional. The actual injections were painless and the only side effect was a tender (not sore) arm for a couple of days afterwards.

Brilliant, quick experience. Amazingly caring staff from the car park attendants to the lady at the door to the person who showed me to my booth to the doctor and lady on the computer. Plenty of chance to ask any questions necessary.
