Had 2nd covid jab. Brilliant,so well organised,so efficient.wonderful job on 1st and 2nd.visit. well done to all involved

I got my COVID vaccination at Guildhall, and it was super fast (unlike my doctor’s surgery which has had queues of over an hour). I was in and out in about 10 minutes, and everyone was super friendly. I’ll be registering here as a new patient ASAP.

I had the covid jab at the vaccination centre in Gainsborough and it was so well organised from start to finish. Everything was explained, the wait wasn't too long and the actual jab was quick and simple.

Myself and my Sister were not contacted by the Reynard Surgery to book our second Covid-19 vaccine. Their website and Facebook tells you not to call the surgery about vaccine appointments and so you sit and wait for the phone to ring or the post to arrive. As we had still not heard by 11.5 weeks after our first vaccines we called the surgery to be informed there were no appointments left to have our vaccines within the 12 weeks and we would have to wait until the end of the 13th week.

We were also refused an explanation as to why our second vaccines were not booked in to meet the approved interval whilst other GP surgeries in the area are vaccinating people earlier than the 12 week interval including those in the 10th week.

It was very efficient with the minimum possible amount of time used up

First vaccination all good and I booked second at the same time as the first. When I went for the second one, there had been a booking error as Pfizer was not available. This became a bad experience as I was quite distressed to have to return a week later. The manager was helpful but there was nothing that could be done other than make a new appointment which he did for me. There had been a problem the day of the first visit as someone else who had attended at the same time on the same day was also asked to return the next week because Pfizer was not available. What confused me, was why the system did not know in advance which vaccination I had had on my first visit and warned me to make a new appointment.

Well organised at Mildenhal Jubilee Centre. Also the doctor at Oakfield Surgery was very efficent
