Had a phone call from gp to invite me to have the vaccine. Whole process from phone call to second vaccine was very well organised, quick and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was fortunate to have no side effects except a sore arm for both vaccines.

The young people who were managing front of house were fantastic - calm, polite and patient with the elderly and hard of hearing. Very well organised.
