The staff all excellent, helpful, informative and friendly.
Just wonder about booking second jab as at the time I didn't have to book both at the same time.

The West Suffolk Hospital delivered the vaccination to me in a good, effective way, the queueing was well controlled as was the environment indoors. Everything felt safe and the staff were friendly and positive. One nurse gave me a little dance for my booster jab! Well done and Thank You
Well organised

Simple to book both appointments online. RAF staff and volunteers were well organised and friendly. The whole thing was a positive experience (except for feeling grim the following day).

It was very well organised and unstressful
It was quick and easy however I had 2 issues
April 1, 2021
My first issue is the nurse had not seen my health records and was not aware that I have had breast cancer and had lymph nodes removed from my right arm pit and should not have the jab in that arm. Fortunately I mentioned this when I was asked which arm I would prefer. It should be one of the questions asked before jabbing. I was unaware of this so it was fortunate that I happened to mention it.
Secondly I was given the vaccine leaflet after the jab. It clearly stated on the leaflet that the leaflet should be read before taking the vaccine. Why on earth we were given the leaflet afterwards? I asked a nurse friend of mine and she said she had been given the leaflet to read while waiting and that this should be happening everywhere.
