Long wait in queue

I attended the walk in vaccination bus in Newmarket and got there early in the morning but had to wait as the vaccines had not arrived by the time the session should've started. I ended up waiting 2.5hrs to be seen and others ended up waiting longer. We were told that the bus would be in Newmarket each Tuesday until Christmas but its not there today so how are people meant to find out when to come into the town to get their vaccination.

I attended for my booster vaccination and found the whole process very well run and extremely professional.

It was easy to book our covid booster vaccinations and when at the actual appointment it went nice and smoothly. Just a shame that there are no covid booster locations in Haverhill and we had to drive to Bury St Edmunds. Previously we had both our covid vaccination in Haverhill and that was so much easier.
Limited booster locations

I'm really disappointed that there is no option to have a booster in Haverhill like the first two vaccinations. It seems more limited this time round which isn't helping to encourage people to have it. My previous experiences were great as it was easy to arrange the appointments and attend.
Chevington Close well organised

I had my booster at Chevington Close in Bury which was really well organised with good amounts of parking. The staff were great and it was a really efficient process.
I am trying to get 3rd Primary vaccine.

I tried to book my 3rd Primary vaccine and my surgery didn’t know it was different from the booster.
I tried 119 to book an appointment and they referred me back to my GP or my consultant.
No one gave me the Suffolk and East Essex vaccine number, I found it in an EADT article.
Now I am waiting! In the first role out immunosuppressed patients were a priority now we are in limbo. I have been told people with a letter for 3rd PV have been turned away from vaccination centres.
Why are the most vulnerable being ignored?
Why aren’t GPs giving out the vaccination centre number to all vulnerable patients? I know that some vulnerable patients have had the booster not the 3rdPV. This is unacceptable.
I have been told there is a special clinic for 3rdPV which needs organising! How difficult is it to create a spreadsheet and email it to the centres?
My experience has caused acute anxiety, taken many hours on the phone and I am still not vaccinated.

Covid Booster brilliant

I arranged for my elderly neighbour tho have their booster at Framlingham pharmacy and it worked really well. Although I could not go in with them I was able to drop them off and walk them to the door and then they let me know when to come and collect him and I was able to bring the car right up to the door. The whole process was great and staff were extremely helpful too.
Vaccinations at Debenham great

I was really impressed by the covid vaccinations carried out at Debenham leisure centre. I had to arrange appointments for two elderly neighbours and it all went so smoothly. Staff and volunteers there were great and it was really efficient.
Vaccination Management needs reviewing

I am a patient of the surgery where the Covid vaccination were taking place, yet I did not get a call from the surgery, while friends younger than me got their call up for the vaccination, despite asking the surgery. I was told it was being done on age basis and my age group were being called up. My friends who were younger than me got the calls yet I did not get any call from the surgery to date. I went on the NHS website and booked to have mine in the vaccination centre, which was good.

Had injections at kirkly Mill in Lowestoft. I was very impressed with how the process was organised, including parking support, the system by which they filtered people through to have their injections and how they had a system for people waiting before leaving. Other places were not this good or efficient
