Convenient surgery access but I do use the other site when necessary. It's an improvement having the dispensary in the lobby area reception in the waiting area. Sometimes it's difficult to see a certain doctor quickly but I would be given an appointment if I needed an appointment with any doctor

Depends who you see. I have a good relationship with my doctors. Having had lots of support I would never complain about the time people are given

Automated telephone system did not work well; it kept saying an appointment was available but then it wouldn't book it. I called the surgery in the end. Online times for the Debenham dispensary are not up to date. An update for the telephone booking would help. Having a local service with the number of sites works well

Very helpful when phoning for appointments and all staff are brilliant and make you feel everything is being done for you that can be

2 week wait for an apt at Otley. However I was able to have an appointment offered at Debenham as an alternative. Very good service.
