Reception lovely

Go on the waiting list if you want an appointment the same week, You wait for a call back with a cancellation or a phone call from the Dr. They do what they can.

I'm happy to see the nurse practitioner. The one to one support from the GPs when my husband was unwell was very good and went beyond what I would expect.

The phlebotomy nurse at the surgery had been really good. She spends time with you and is careful when taking the blood.

The diabetic nurse at the surgery is absoltely great. She is really terrific, so patient, careful + helpful

Very pleasant receptionist when I last visited. I also like the way the surgery have tried to make it easier to have concersations with the receptionists by changing the layout of the waiting room. Previously, everyone would be able to hear every word you said but the change has probably helped this a little.

My appointment with the nurse was on time, she was good, explaining everything to me. The only criticism I would have is that I would prefer to be told what my blood test results actually are rather than only being called if there is a problem with them. It is always possible that the surgery could forget to call or the results could never reach the surgery but as a patient you wouldn't know if you are only called if there is something wrong.
