Online difficulties

I've had difficulties using systemonline for medication ordering. There are password problems but staff just say go home and try again. I use computers all the time, it's not like I don't know what I'm doing.
A little disappointing

It is difficult to get issues addressed as I've seen different people each time and they don't seem to read the notes. They then prescribe more medication and then we go on again.
Works well

Ask My GP works really well, much simpler than econsult. A good surgery but it can be frustrating when you are asked to go to Otley or Grundisburgh when we have a surgery in the village.
A good surgery

A good surgery and using the NHS App for prescriptions is easier, however, I have had issues getting my child added to my account, but it has now been done which is great.

The surgery were able to assist me with my issues in a prompt and efficient manner, friendly and courteous too.
Incredibly helpful

We used the surgery as temporary patients whilst visiting family. Staff were incredibly helpful in a timely way and went out of their way to help us with a medication/ prescription problem.
Home blood test

This surgery is very good they regularly do a blood test for me at my own home too, the only thing I wish they would do is just make a phone call to me before they come rather than just dropping in unannounched. No other issues, I am very satisfied with the service.
Very good out of hours service

We had a need to see a doctor on a Saturday with out son who has mental health concerns. We were sent to Hartisemere hospital where an out of hours clinic is set up. The GP gave lots of time (40 mins) to my 19 year old son and really listened to him. The doctor prescribed medication, advice, arranged blood tests. I really felt that she gave genuine care and time and I am sure time that was allocated in a normal appointment, very impressive.

The duty GP saw my Dad as an emergency, arranged admission, explained everything to him and also took the time to talk to me on the telephone. Excellent Gp service.
Better system

It's a better system with Ask My GP as you get a quick call back, often with in an hour and has worked well to get issues addressed.
