After I lost my wife I was called twice by staff asking me what her cause of death was. It's not something you need happening but normally they are good

Its a very good surgery. I was seen by a locum and was referred quickly on for further investigations. I was very pleased.

Ask my GP has been very helpful and easy to get a response. I've had the right information and help when trying to get the children appointments. The staff are all lovely, I've never had an issue with the surgery.

Ask my GP does mean quick responses on the whole and mot of the time it works well and is responsive. There is no continuity of care now and this has impacted the care I've received. It does take time to get blood test results, I've been given a blanket response that its fine but not been told exactly what they are which sometimes is needed.

I find that the Ask My GP process is responsive and the responses are appropriate with appointments when they are actually needed, I'm happy with the process in place. The system isn't probably for everyone, my father can't use it but when he calls the staff just fill in the form for him.

More challenging

Trying to get an appointment has been more challenging and telephone consultations don't always address the issues and I've had to get used to having to have a call back from a GP first of all. I do like to see my own GP if possible and I was pleased how quickly the reception team picked up that the issue I had couldn't wait and got me help quickly. This week has been very good, it's all clicked in to place with tests arranged by the doctor and they got everything going at the hospital. I had a very slight issue understanding what I was being told though.

I've had no problems getting appointments when I call. The staff are very good and staff are friendly and approachable. The nurses are wonderful and arrange appointments with them in advance when I need the appointments regularly.

Got through quickly, then spoke to the doctor followed by an appointment with them later in the morning. We've also had the paramedic out to do house visits when needed and they have covered everything in detail. We've been very pleased.

Really like the surgery

I really like the surgery and communication is very good and there is good access to appointments. The dispensary is very good, very well organised and the staff are so helpful. Medication is always available when needed too. When I spoke to reception about a sexual health issue I was just pointed to iCash which had very limited appointments and the distance to travel is also an issue, support should be available at the surgery.

Okay as a surgery

A specific appointment has been arranged in advance for me and I've found that the system in place works well and its okay as a surgery for me. Normally I attend Grundisburgh when possible as it is closer but there are times when certain appointments are offered in other locations.
