Really good

Easy to access appointments and given options over who to see too. Ask My GP is easy to use and I've have such quick responses from the doctors. It would be great to be able to just book appointments for routine issues. Have been very happy with staff they are all really good.

I find using IT very difficult to use but they are very good here and reception staff are so helpful and pleasant. They do their best, are so patient with me and address all the issues I have. The doctors have been great too.

Everything here is great. Reception staff are great and so helpful. The Ask My GP system is very good and quick to use and get responses. Only been here a few months but have been so pleased with the doctors, completely different to my last surgery.
Can't fault the surgery

Can always get appointments and staff have been so great with my grandparent, so thorough. We've found it so much easier using Ask My GP than calling the surgery and have spoken to a GP with in 2 hours of submitting the information and had an appointment soon after. Being able to do the submission at different times of day and still getting a response quickly and on the day is great.
A little unclear initially

I don't use the surgery much so when I had to use the new system for the first time I wasn't really sure how it worked or what to expect.I expected a call back not an email so after two days of waiting when I hadn't been called I phoned and was told I'd been emailed, which I hadn't seen. It is clear that you can phone if you're not online which is good.
System works well

I find that Ask My GP works well as a system as I've had quick call backs in the morning and feel that it is easier than having to call first thing. There is flexibility in the system to ask for someone specific if I do want to see them. I've had the best of care here with good continuity for ongoing issues and staff are very good. I'm very happy with the surgery.
Helpful staff

I managed to get an appointment today by calling the surgery and talking to the really helpful staff who arranged for a doctor to call me back. I've not used Ask My GP as I'm not online but the staff are great and talk you through everything. It is nice that I'm not constantly asked to go online each time I contact the surgery, I think its because the wonderful staff know you as a person or individual. The dispensary staff are very good and have been so helpful sorting out any issues when they arise.

It's a very good surgery and the GP I see is very supportive. When I had covid recently the GP I spoke to was wonderful, very sensible in their approach and made sure I knew what to do and explained everything so well and said what I should do if I was concerned. They are always great.
Very friendly staff

I booked my blood test yesterday and feel that it's really good to be able to come in the next day. I spoke to reception and they arranged the appointment for me so it has all worked really well. I've also had a good experiences when using Ask My GP as I had quick repsonses and been given appointments when needed. The staff are very friendly and because I drive I'm happy to go to any of the three surgery sites for appointments. I feel they did really well with both the covid and flu vaccination programmes too, they went very smoothly. No complaints here.
Been difficult

Been trying to get a face to face appointment for a couple of months via Ask My GP and only today have I been given one. Reception were helpful and did the Ask My GP entry for me as I was in too much pain to do it. Depending who you talk to changes how things are dealt with and its just a lot more difficult to get seen now than it used to be.
