Getting an appointment is not a problem and you can have a telephone consultation between 11.30 and 12.00. If the doctor then thinks you need to go in he will book you an appointment. A great surgery.

I mainly see the nurses but I'm completely happy with this as they can refer to the doctor if necessary
Good sound advice

Had hurt my foot and needed it checking to ensure no further damage asap.It was good. I phoned at 8.30 am to get an appointment with my doctor. Although not possible on that day, I was offered an appointment with a nurse at 9.50 am. Nurse was very thorough and gave very good sound advice on what to do over the following weeks.

I have good continuity with my doctor and he is very good. I haven't had any problems getting appointments.

I see both the doctors and nurses and I have no complaints about the care I receive.
No plug in toilets so you can't wash hands

No plug in the ladies toilets. Sign says wash your hands, then another sign says hot water be careful but you can't cool the water without having a plug. You never have to wait for your appointment.
Easy to book - limited appointment times

Life time spent with the doctors so they know me well. automated booking system is easy if booking an appointment in advance, but speaking to a person you can get a full range of all available appointments.
My Doctor is great, incredibly competent and knowledgeable, and has referred me to a specialist for the things I went in for. Would recommend.
