Very supportive

Brilliant, very supportive and accommodating staff very helpful, friendly and polite.You can always get appointments when they are needed and you never have to wait more than three days. Even if you can't get an appointment on the day, they'll offer a call back which works really well. I see my doctor most of the time but I'm happy to see any of the others when needed. Never had any issues and medication is generally available when needed.

Very good at getting you seen as soon as possible and you get to see the same doctors and nurses which means they know whats going on with you. Difficult to get through first thing on the phone but you'll always get an appointment. Staff are very clear with explanations and check your understanding too.

You can always get appointments quickly when they are needed and staff are helpful and accommodating. It generally works well for me.
Get to see the same doctor generally

I get to see the same doctor most of the time and generally if you call you will be seen the same day. Language and communication can be an issue at times and it is hard to understand what is being said. Its a good surgery though.

I don't really use the surgery much and I'm happy with how to access the service. Generally it all works well and I can get appointments when I need them.

Been good at getting appointments when they are needed and with in a few days. Staff are helpful and explain things well and nothing really needs to change.
Diffucult to get an appointment

Its difficult to get an appointment and you can have to wait up to a week for one. For urgent issues I've got appointments but don't always feel listened to, or our knowledge (experience with children) is taken seriously.

Frustrating going through options

Very frustrating going through all the options on the phone and waiting for the call backs. The actual call was received very quickly and I got an appointment, its the process that's frustrating.
Not listened to

I didn't feel that I'm listened to by my doctor and the surgery is not as good as it used to be.
