Getting an appointment is fine.

Getting an appointment is fine, not much waiting and not much waiting at the appointment to be seen. I can see nothing I would change about this surgery.

Able to obtain appointments with ease. Doctor is always approachable and helpful. No fault to find with anything at this surgery.
Reasonably quick to get an appointment

Reasonably quick to get appointments and its a local service which is good. At times you are told to try over the counter medications before you have to go back for another appointment.
Not always get seen on the day with children

Very friendly and generally helpful but you can't always get an appointment on the same day even with the children. You almost have to fight for one but you generally get one within three days. It would be nicer to be sure that the children are seen on the day. I do like the fact that we see the same GP most of the time.
Explanations are good

I don't use the surgery much but when I do attend for appointments there's not too much of a wait either for appointments or to be seen by the doctor. For blood tests it has taken a week for the appointment and it would be easier if there were on the day appointments available. Explanations provided by staff are good and staff are friendly and accomodating. The surgery work well as it is for me.

I'm able to book appointments ahead for today's appointment which is helpful and I like the continuity with seeing the same doctor. The explanations given when discussing issues are good and the whole service works well when you need to access it.
Do see the same GP

I really like the efficiency of the service. Its very important that you can get an appointment, normally in 48hrs. Beneficial that you do see the same GP and I'm happy with all staff. I am concerned about the new housing and how it will impact on the service provided and patient numbers.

Access to appointments is normally very quick and the surgery is run very efficiently and works well.

They are efficient and polite at the surgery and staff are friendly and know you well, they are very good at what they do. It's beneficial to see the same doctor each time and I really don't think there is anything that needs to change at the surgery. My medications are available when they are needed too which makes things much simpler.
