Professional and caring nurses, they undertake timely and thorough reviews of medical conditions. Excellent service!
Able to book appointments

I've recently registered at the practice, which well smoothly and when I contacted the surgery for an appointment I was able to book to see a nurse straight away. I've also been offered the choice of a face to face or a telephone consultation with a GP on another occasion which is great.
Proactive staff

Everything is good. I don't need to see the GP very often but when I do I have no problems getting through on the phone or getting appointments, there's no waiting. Staff are proactive at coming back to you if anything needs to be done or changed and it works well for what I need. The diabetic nurse provides me with good support and advice when I see her and I know I can call if I need to.
Continuity is nice

I've found it really easy to get appointments and when I've called I've always received a call back or been seen the same day. Generally it all works very well and the continuity with the doctor is nice but not always essential. I also like that you can book advanced appointments and its not just on the day appointments. Econsult does ask a lot of questions which seem a bit repetitive but has worked well. The only issue is that when the receptionist calls to say what the treatment is they can't answer any questions you may have and that means you then need to arrange another appointment to discuss anything with a doctor.
Supportive doctor

It's been quite easy to get appointments and I've not had to wait long to get one and have been seen face to face too. The triage with a GP has worked well but today's appointment was pre booked by the surgery. I've been well supported and the staff do all they can to help, even when we came here for urgent help when they were about to close. There was no question about being seen they just helped. The care and support provided by the doctor around my baby has been great. The only thing that would be good to have are baby weighing scales to be able to regularly monitor weight gain.
Amazing care

Personally I haven't see my GP for 5 years but with my husband the care provided was amazing and all the staff have been lovely and helpful. It's a wonderful surgery.
Works well

I phoned this morning and was given an appointment so it's all worked well. The surgery is efficient, the staff are great and I've always had good experiences here.
Appointments easy to get

Getting appointments hasn't been a problem, they've been easy enough to get but I've struggled to get doctors to listen to concerns which caused delay with treatment and referrals.
No problems getting appointments

There's no area that they don't do well, I'm well supported and staff do all they can do to help. The only area is that mental health care could be improved, currently only one person is available to support one day a week. The support provided is very good, it's just that the mental health support is limited and additional provision would be good.
Caring Nurses

Nurses are great, caring, understanding and provide very good care. They are also prompt to respond to you. Have just had a difficult consultation with a GP which has upset me. It was the way they spoke to me about the issue even though I know I didn't do the right thing.
