Brilliant surgery

Appointments are available all the time and the doctors are great as they listen and are very knowledgeable. I can phone and speak to the specialist nurse and if I've called the surgery early I get a call back in the morning or if after lunch during the afternoon. They offer a good range of clinics with the nurses and they will always get the GP involved if concerned. Its a brilliant surgery and I'm impressed how my GP stays up to date with everything.
Friendly helpful staff

It's fine at the moment. The staff are friendly and helpful and I've been able to get appointments as and when needed. In many circumstances a phone call has been adequate and addressed the issues well. I always see the same doctor which does mean I have a good rapport with them and they understand the situation. They are always approachable, take time to talk to you and never feel rushed. I feel the care navigation works well and you see the most appropriate person in the practice. The paramedic is very good and I was really impressed with them when I saw them last.
Appointments when needed

The staff are friendly and it's been quite quick to get through on the phone and I pre booked today's appointment last week with the member of staff I wanted to see. Appointments are available when needed and I'm sure that if I had an urgent issue I'd get an appointment.
Good with children

We don't really need the surgery for urgent issues very often and it's mainly for the children when we do. For routine issues and the children it's easy to get seen and although we are fairly new to the surgery we've never had any issues getting help when it's been needed.
A bit mixed at the moment

Some staff have left recently but I don't visit the surgery much and do appreciate the continuity, its great seeing the same GP and nurses on the whole when I do come as I have a rapport with them. Staff give good clear explanations however when I did see a locum they didn't really listen to what I was saying and hadn't read my notes which was frustrating. To see the diabetic nurse has taken about a week which isn't bad.
Paramendic brilliant

More recently it has taken a bit more time to get a call back and I would've waited a week to speak to my doctor but I refused this and was given an appointment with the paramedic instead. They were brilliant, listened to me and had read my extensive notes so they understood the situation. I have had some issues getting my medication at the right dosage levels which has been frustrating as I was having to visit the surgery daily to pick up the medication until the correct ones were available a week later.
Works well

I've been seen almost straightaway after speaking to the doctor this morning and I like being able to see the same GP, it's good to have the continuity. The nurses are very good and overall the surgery is very well run and organised. I do have concerns about the amount of future housing in the area and how the surgery will cope.

Only lightly use the surgery and I'm happy with staff. Getting prescriptions is all done in good time and I use the app to order them which works really well. For urgent issues the dispensary staff are really helpful. I was 24th in the queue the other day so by the time I got through there were no call backs available that day with a GP. It wasn't urgent so it wasn't a problem and today I called and got through really quickly, spoke to a doctor and have been given an appointment all with in hours.
Appointments when needed

I can get appointments when I need them and I like the phone consultation aspect as you don't need to come in to the surgery unnecessarily. I have had issues in the past when a referral wasn't done so I'm now a little nervous when they are done now. Communication between the hospital and the surgery can be a little difficult at times.
Seen in good time

The surgery is fine to be fair. You can get to see a doctor in a good amount of time and you see the same doctor although I am happy to see any of them. Sometines there is a bit of a wait on the phone but its nothing bad.
