Nearly all phone appointments

Nearly all requests for appointments are phone appointments and there is a lack of face to face appointments which means that issues are not addressed well. Haven't felt well listened to and was told nothing was wrong and they wouldn't do any more tests. Weeks later I was in hospital for emergency surgery. Its difficult when you have to see your own GP and they're not interested, there was no care there.

I find them a very good surgery. Staff spend time with you and are very accommodating when arranging appointments. The nurses have been excellent and the continuity with doctors is great, it makes such a difference.
Best surgery ever

This is the best surgery I've ever been at, it's great. There are no issues getting appointments at all and the staff have been excellent when we've needed their help.
Seen the same day

Its a professional surgery where staff are helpful and I get seen on the same day for urgent matters. The phones are busy but I can walk to the surgery if I want to arrange anything. Booking appointments online for advance appointments works really well and I also do my prescriptions online which is great.

There are no issues getting appointments at the surgery, its all nice and simple, you call up and get one. The staff are just wonderful, so friendly and helpful

Prescriptions are ready quickly and when calling for appointments the calls are answered quickly and appointments given. Staff are lovely and my doctor is great. It's a wonderful surgery where everything is easy to do.

I ring up and get to see someone the same day so the system in place works well. I don't feel that anything needs to change as whenever I need an appointment with a doctor nurse or for a blood test they are quickly available.
Easy to get appointments

Whenever needed appointments are available. This time I spoke to the GP first and was then invited in. I feel the conversation went well and I really like that I get to see my GP each time and that they know me well. The staff are all very nice and friendly and dispensary have always got medication ready on time.
A good surgery

There has been some turnover of nurses more recently but the doctors are great. I try not to bother the surgery much as I know they are busy but when I do they always have time for me.
Accomodating staff

I have no issues getting appointments, the staff are accommodating and flexible with appointments that are offered. I mainly call to arrange appointments and this works well and the staff are always good.
