No complaints whatsoever. Appointments run to time and when needed. It's been quick to get seen but it is concerning that you speak to different people each time. The nurses give time in appointments and they go above and beyond and ask questions.
Difficult to get call backs

It's been difficult to get call backs at times. I called first thing today and it has worked but I was initially told yesterday that an appointment was available in 2 weeks time or I could call tomorrow to get an on the day call back and appointment.

Although I rarely visit the surgery for anything other than regular blood tests getting appointments since covid has been more difficult. I've had to wait 3 weeks for a telephone call and on another occasion I was given an appointment in 16 days time even though I said it was more urgent. When speaking to staff they can be dismissive around concerns raised. I've been sent for tests but I'm not sure what so I don't know who to contact.
Waits for appointments

There have been long waits for appointments of 2 or 3 weeks. It's hard to wait that long when unwell but the locum I saw was excellent and listened to what I was saying.
Works okay

Phone for appointments and that works well enough to get to see someone when needed and I have no particular concerns as the support has been good.
Friendly

Been friendly and supportive. A two and a half week wait for a non urgent issue. I called reception who were very helpful and doctors have explained issues well.
Call backs have worked

It's hard to get appointments but for this issue I wasn't concerned. I like being able to book appointments online and call backs have worked when I've had them.
Changed a lot

How you access appointments has changed, it's been 2 1/2 weeks to see my own GP and it's more challenging. Generally I've had the phone calls and have then had to wait after discussing the issues for the actual appointment. The phones are busy and I have used econsult a little but only for simple things.
More difficult

1 month to get appointments. I don't use the surgery much but have now had to wait to be seen by a GP. It just seems more difficult now, The GPs are good but access is more of a problem.
It is more difficult to get to see a doctor now

It is more difficult to get to see a doctor now and most contact is by phone even when I feel I need to be seen. There is a real feeling of being pushed away.
