I called at 10.30 this morning about my child and was seen as an emergency quickly. I was really pleased with how an appointment was given even though it was half way through the morning. I'm waiting to hear who my GP will now be as mine has recently retired but I'm more than happy with the suregry and everything they do.
Don't wait long for appointments

They normally invite me in for my appointments but if I do ring for one I don't have to wait long for one. The phone consultations work well as it prevents coming in to the surgery unnecessarily and deals with issues well. The doctors and nurses here have been great, they are all very good.

Doctors are very good for me and the staff are so friendly. Appointments are available when they are needed so I have no concerns about getting them when I am unwell. I'm on a lot of tablet and occassionally the dispensary need to give me an alternative medication but they always let me know when this happens and I'm fully informed.

It's eay to get appointments and I use both the phone and online to get them. Online prescriptions are also a great option to have.

The friendliness of staff is wonderful and we are very lucky to have such a great surgery, it works very well. There have been changes in the nursing staff but the nurse I've been seeing is really lovely. The text message reminders are a great help for me.

I recently registered with the surgery which all went very smoothly and whenever we've needed an appointment we've been able to get them. I've just had an MOT and although it felt a little like box ticking it covered everything and the staff member was lovely. So far very impressed.

Appointments are available when needed and I like that I get to see my own GP, although they have just retired so it will be a bit different now. I've always been seen quickly and the care was always very good.
Something has changed

I feel that something has changed around the system and how to get appointments as I couldn't get a call back until Thursday from when I called on Monday. I then gave more details about what was wrong and I was given an appointment the next morning. I feel that patients need to be told the process for getting appointments if things have changed especially when you don't come often.
Doctors very good

At times it has been difficult to get appointments especially over Christmas. I was prescribed antibiotics over the phone but it turned out to not be the issues that was being treated. If I'd been seen they would've realised. The doctors though are very good but I do feel patients should be seen as not all issues can be diagnosed over the phone.
A very good surgery

Overall a very good surgery and I feel things are settling down a bit now. Appointments are ok to get and phoning the surgery works well. The dispensary staff are very good and overall its a very good surgery.
