Noticed a difference

Mainly been dealt with over the phone and I've noticed the difference in that respect. The phones have long queues and my medication has been changed three times with out me seeing a GP. Even when I've asked for an appointment with them I've not been able to see them but when I've been in to see another member of staff the surgery is very empty. I feel that a lot of my issues haven't really been addressed.
Superb nurses

Nurses at the surgery have been superb. Doctors are very reluctant to give any medication when people are in chronic pain. Never get to see a doctor in person, only can get a telephone appointment. Information on the website is never updated or correct. Very disappointed with service in the area generally. Regular prescriptions are only given one month at a time, very inconvenient for holidays etc.
Not as good

It's not as good now. I turned up at the surgery to arrange an appointment but I was told that I would need to go home and call the surgery and then would receive a call back, not helpful when I was already there.
Confused

Care is good but I'm concerned that when I was at the surgery recently there was a notice that said that you are now no longer able to book appointments to see a doctor in advance but there was no explanation as to why this was now in place.
Parents have struggled

Its more challenging to get appointments and it doesn't feel that the surgery is being invested in. Care is not in depth its more light touch now and they've had to dig for answers which has reduced their confidence. Questions are not pre-empted, instead they have had to be really proactive and know what to ask.
Nice nurses

I'm seeing the nurse today as my own GP wasn't available but that's very unusual as normally I've seen them whenever needed. The nurses are very nice, give good advice and are really helpful too. When Care Navigators ask about the reason for the appointment they do it sensitively but its not always easy or comfortable telling them.

Always get appointments when needed, it's a lovely friendly surgery where telephone and in person appointments work well. I like that staff listen, are thorough and approachable and the nurses are fantastic.
See own GP

Its great that I get to see my own GP, I feel well monitored and they've reacted quickly when needed. I phone the surgery to arrange appointments and that works very well.

Always been good and when I've phoned the appointments have always been good to arrange or just a conversation on the phone if that's all that needed. I was very pleased with the way the GP has called to discuss test results, it was all handled well. It is concerning about the new housing being developed and how this will impact on the surgery.

It's my first visit in a long time . I booked my appointment but then needed to cancel but staff were very accommodating and offered me a telephone consultation which I turned down in favour of an appointment in two weeks time with my GP.
