Get through quickly

No problems getting appointments by phone and getting through to reception is quick. I'm happy to see the same GP but not too bothered if it wasn't possible. It just works well as a surgery, there are no problems.

I don't know how they do it but they do very well running the surgery and its all great. All staff including the dispensary and reception staff are great and very helpful.

Very friendly surgery and staff are so helpful and accommodating. I like seeing the same doctor and not having to wait long to see them either. Phoning the surgery works well and I don't feel that anything needs to change. The bereavement service offered from the surgery is very good and they are always at the end of the phone and see me fairly regularly too.
Mental health support limited

Getting appointments is a smooth process and I never have an issue . I like seeing the same GP but do find the mental health support and access is limited in the area and although its not the surgeries responsibility it would be better to have additional support based here.

Easy to get appointments and I find it is better and easier to have the telephone chat with the doctor prior to coming in as you only have to come in when necessary. When it is necessary the appointments are normally on the same day. Online prescriptions work really well and saves driving in to the surgery and then you wait up to 3 days for the medication to be ready. I really like that I get to see the same GP, it means I have a good relationship with them and they know the children well.

Always able to get appointments when they are needed. GPs explain issues well and are very reassuring. The phones are busy at times but thats to be expected and isn't an issue really.

There's a good turnaround for prescriptions and I find the surgery works well for me, nothing needs to change. I do prefer the continuity offered here, the staff are really helpful and appointments including advance appointments are easy to arrange.

I've found it easy to get an appointment but I struggled on the phone when I had to speak to staff as I've lost my voice but I've been given a face to face appointment which I feel is needed.

The flu vaccinations were very well run and organised recently and appointments with the nurse has been easy to arrange. I called last week and was offered two possible appointment times. I like the continuity with the GP as I find it really beneficial as they know me well. It's an excellent surgery, very efficient and you get to see a doctor quickly.

Had no problems contacting the surgery online via the NHS App, very reliable and straightforward. The doctors and nurses are great and medications are ready on time. I do feel that although I am diabetic I do not need the regular monitoring that is required by the surgery as my condition is well controlled and managed. Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to be discharged from the pathway and have to be monitored.
