Good GP consistency

No problem booking appointments, you also get good GP consistency especially with children. Mostly not waiting long at the surgery to be seen but there was just one time when I waited for 45 mins in October 2019 it would have been nice to have had an apology at the time but it didn't happen. But on the whole all very good here and cannot think of any improvements needed.
Spot on with appointment times

Friendly staff both at dispensary and the reception area they are very good. I can get an appointment quickly if I need one. They are usually spot on with appointment times you never have to wait around. My GP is absolutely excellent.
I would not change anything here

I can always get an appointment when I need one, we don't have to wait very long. The GP I have is very good and very thorough. I would not change anything here it works so well.
Tired surgery but very clean

They do well here but I would like to see more resources for medical support in Eye, this is a very rural location and I am concerned that if I was taken seriously ill that they would struggle to support me in this location. The surgery seems tired in appearance but very clean.
Very reassuring staff

I have been on the phone everyday so far this week with anxiety issues and I have to say the staff have been reassuring to me, I think there was only one time when a staff member was blunt with me, she was probably fed up with me phoning so much.

You can get an appointment easily and the phone service from the GP is also a good option. The GP is very thorough and approachable, also has a good bedside manner. I have experienced a good referral to the hospital in the past. Dispensary staff here are very good also.
