Never feel rushed

Easy to get an appointment at the surgery. My doctor is lovely, he's friendly never makes me feel rushed. The asthma clinic is great, actually I find all the clinics I visit very good.
Good continuity

The doctors are good and you get good continuity, quite understanding and confident that you will be seen on the day or when needed. Its quite easy to get through to the surgery on the phone as well.
Appointments easy to get

Very friendly practice where you can get appointments easily enough especially with the children. It all works well and you get everything you need.
Problems with phone line

When I called last week I tried to get through but couldn't even get to the options to pick from as it rang and rang and then cut off. I did get through in the afternoon but have had to wait a week for an appointment, this is unusual. The care from doctors is good when you do see them.
Call back work well

You can request a call back easily and it means that you don't have to come in to the surgery all the time. Treatment explanations have been good too.
Good continuity

Continuity is very good and is important. There is reluctance to refer older patients for treatment including x-rays.
Reception staff really good

Seen quickly and the staff are friendly. In particular, the reception staff are really good. Medical staff are very good at explaining issues and absolutely nothing needs to change.
Friendly and efficient

Friendly and efficient surgery. At times it can be a little difficult to be seen as quickly a you may like but you can normally talk to the GP on the phone, which works well, as it means that you are either called in for an appointment or it can be sorted out on the phone, so works well.
Friendly staff

Reception and dispensary staff are very friendly and know me well. I can get appointments when I need them and generally I call to book my appointments. You usually get through on the phone. Unless its a locum there is no female GP on staff and it would be better if there was someone to see. I do have a lack of confidence in my GP due to past mistakes.
Appointments easy to get

I find the surgery works very well for me, I can get appointments when I need them and the staff are friendly and pleasant and will do what they can to sort things out for you. It would be nice to have a female doctor more regularly.
