Not good at all.

It is ridiculous the hoops and questions you have to answer to try and get an appointment. I just visited a stand in doctor, she was incredibly rude and very unhelpful and felt totally pointless in attending. I also think anima app is the worst way to get an appointment.

Using Amina means getting an appointment the same day and it's easy to use. Its a much simpler and smoother process and it is better since the change.

I tried to use Anima but it gets turned off early in the morning. I did then call but they said nothing was available and to call the next day, which I did and then got an appointment.

I've had no problems using Anima but some of the questions were too generic. There was nothing for a young baby so I was unsure what to do, the option was 1yr +, other than that it's all been good.

It took just 5 minutes to get a prescription sorted. I had a call back from a GP quickly even though I don't have access to Anima. It's great that blood tests are available at the surgery as often my consultant needs them done quickly.

They are looking after me well and the care from staff has been good. Access to appointments is good but would much prefer to just call the surgery to arrange them rather than using Anima. The posters that are around the reception area are all very negative, it would be nice to see something positive. The staff I see for my diabetes monitor my diabetes well and are friendly each time you see them.

I'm not using Anima but when I call the surgery I get appointments and most of the time I get to see the same GPs too. The staff are brilliant, always friendly.

Anima was much better than phoning and it was really quick to get a response and then an appointment. For routine issues I have been advised to go else where only for a GP from the surgery to do it there and be told they could've done it at the surgery. Our child wasn't offered a local anaesthetic for a procedure.

I really liked Anima when I used it as it was quick to get a response and when I've needed an urgent appointment I've been squeezed in.

Currently it's not easy to use as it says go to A&E when it isn't necessary but reception have been lovely and completed the form for me and when the doctors have got in touch they have been very good and call when they say they will. It can be difficult when you see different people but it is great that bloods are now done on Saturday mornings, although appointments are still limited.
